Tic Tac Toe is a classic game played by countless people around the world. It is often played on notebooks, scraps of paper, whiteboards, blackboards, or just in the dirt! Any expierienced player can tell you that Tic Tac Toe has no perfect strategy (other than not to lose) but some of us still find it entertaining.
